1. General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to your booking made through this booking system. For special requests such as conferences, events, or group bookings, we recommend contacting us directly via email or phone.

2. Booking

Every hotel booking made through this internet-based booking system is made directly with our hotel without any intermediaries.

3. Accommodation Agreement and Payment

1. The accommodation agreement is concluded between you and our hotel during the reservation process. You will pay the confirmed room rate directly at the hotel. All rights and obligations arising from the accommodation agreement exist directly and exclusively between the booker and our hotel.
2. The room reservation is made at the time of booking and is valid without a reservation confirmation. The reservation confirmation will be automatically sent to the booker via email as a brief information. However, due to technical uncertainties, the reservation system cannot verify the receipt of the confirmation via email. The effectiveness of the booking remains unaffected by this.

4. Reservation Type

The guaranteed reservation will be held by the hotel throughout the night. In case of non-timely cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge the overnight costs.

5. Changes and Cancellations

1. Changes to bookings: To avoid misunderstandings, all changes must be made by phone, email, or fax. The timeliness of the change is determined by the receipt of the notification at our hotel.
2. Cancellation of bookings: The cancellation of a reservation made through this internet-based booking system is only valid if it is made in writing by fax or letter and is signed by the booker with a legally valid signature. The cancellation is only valid if it is acknowledged by the hotel.

In case of cancellation or changes, the hotel may charge your credit card a fee.

6. Contractually Agreed Room Rates

Usually, the prices include service charges and the legal value-added tax. The amount of additional taxes is subject to constant change and can, therefore, only be provided as non-binding.

7. Data Protection

The data entered by the customer is electronically processed by the reservation system. These data are only disclosed to the extent necessary for a booking. They will not be disclosed for other purposes. Furthermore, the legal data protection regulations are observed during data collection.

8. Miscellaneous

All information has been compiled with the utmost care. However, no liability can be accepted for any errors in data collection or data transmission. The transfer of data to other storage media, even in part, or its use for purposes other than those intended here, is only permitted with the express permission of the hotel. The law of the domicile of the respective hotel applies. The place of performance is also the domicile of the hotel.
